Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any service provided by acce365 at acce365.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the acce365 platform and close your account by contacting support.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and acce365 in relation to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether written or verbal — between you and acce365. Where individual game rules, bonus terms, or promotion-specific terms exist, those documents are to be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless a specific document explicitly states otherwise.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the acce365 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are aged 18 years or older. acce365 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, play, or withdraw on the platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of acce365 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, permanently closed, or banned from the acce365 platform by acce365's Trust & Safety team.
• You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of acce365 or any of its technology or game supply partners.

Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use acce365's gaming and betting services, you must register a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times by contacting support at [email protected].

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the acce365 platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If acce365 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately. Any balances and unredeemed bonuses held in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture. Players who are aware that a duplicate account exists are required to notify support immediately.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your acce365 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passcode (OTP) with any other person. acce365 will never request your password by email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your acce365 account is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact support immediately and change your password.

3.4 KYC Verification

acce365 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the past 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name and number)

Failure to provide the requested documentation within 14 calendar days of the request being issued will result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until documentation is provided. acce365 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks at any time.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request closure of your acce365 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any pending bets that cannot be settled will be voided and the relevant stakes returned to your balance for final withdrawal processing. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

acce365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh:

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits originating from a payment account that does not belong to the registered acce365 account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as third-party in origin will be refunded to the source account and the depositing player's account may be suspended pending investigation.

acce365 does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits denominated in BDT. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, over which acce365 has no control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed once KYC verification has been completed to the satisfaction of acce365's Trust & Safety team. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be queued and processed only after documentation requirements are met. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering practice. acce365 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal over ৳50,000.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the acce365 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Where a game is denominated in a different currency by its provider, acce365's platform will convert the relevant amounts to and from BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the BDT value of bets and winnings in multi-currency game environments.

Bonuses and Promotions

acce365 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion document states otherwise.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your acce365 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on acce365 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before a withdrawal can be processed from the bonus-derived balance.

5.2 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a bonus wagering requirement. The default contribution rates on acce365 are as follows: slots contribute 100%; live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10%; crash games (including Aviator) contribute 20%; sports betting wagers contribute 100% subject to minimum odds of 1.50. The specific rates applicable to a particular promotion will be stated in the promotion's terms document.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

acce365 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing opposing bets across two accounts to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk (also known as bonus hedging); using automated software to place bets toward wagering requirements; and wagering exclusively on games with a statistical edge that effectively circumvents the spirit of the wagering requirement. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided, any associated winnings forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.

5.4 Bonus Validity

All bonuses credited to an acce365 account carry an expiry date. Unless the applicable promotion document states a different validity period, all bonuses expire 30 calendar days after the date of crediting. Any bonus balance and any winnings derived from an expired bonus that have not been withdrawn before expiry will be removed from the account automatically. acce365 is not obligated to provide advance notice of a bonus expiry beyond the terms stated at the time the bonus was awarded.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games available on the acce365 platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by the individual rules published by its provider. acce365 presents links or in-game access to these rules within each game interface wherever technically possible.

All random number generator (RNG) games on the acce365 platform use independently certified RNG technology, ensuring that all game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and are not influenced by any action taken by acce365 or any of its employees. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published by the relevant game provider and are available within each game's information panel.

In the event that a game malfunctions — including a disconnection during a live casino session or an RNG game round — the round will be voided and the bet stake returned to the player's account balance. acce365 is not liable for any potential winnings that may have been earned but for the malfunction. The decision of acce365's technical team regarding the outcome of a disputed round is final, subject to the escalation process described in Section 10.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the acce365 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of balance:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the acce365 platform to process funds derived from illegal activities, or to obscure the source of funds. acce365 is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and will co-operate fully with any official investigation.
• Identity Fraud: Registering an account using false identity information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment method without their explicit written consent.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or other multi-player game environment available on the acce365 platform.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, AI-assisted tools, or any automated system to place bets, fulfil wagering requirements, or interact with the acce365 platform in a manner not available to a manual human user.
• Exploiting Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software bug, pricing error, or odds anomaly on the acce365 platform. Any winnings derived from a known technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute through your bank or payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on the acce365 platform. acce365 reserves the right to recover any such funds through available legal mechanisms.
• Prohibited Jurisdiction Access: Accessing the acce365 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of acce365 is lawful in your location at all times.

Responsible Gaming

acce365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides a range of tools designed to help players manage their gaming activity safely and within personal limits. These tools are accessible from your account dashboard at any time after login.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your acce365 account. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Reductions to a limit take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Time-Out: You may activate a temporary break from the acce365 platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, your account remains open but all deposits and gameplay are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel that your gambling has become problematic, you may request permanent self-exclusion from acce365. Self-exclusion is activated for a minimum period of six months and can be extended indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected]. Intellectual Property

All content on the acce365 platform — including but not limited to the acce365 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, promotional materials, software, and underlying code — is the property of acce365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the acce365 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any acce365 content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the platform; use any acce365 brand name, logo, or trademark in any manner without prior written consent from acce365.

Any unauthorised use of acce365's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may result in legal action. Third-party game content displayed on the acce365 platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider and is subject to that provider's own terms and licensing conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, acce365 and its officers, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the acce365 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from a forgotten password, unauthorised account access, or failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or game malfunctions beyond acce365's reasonable control
• Any decision made in reliance on information published on the acce365 platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate
• Loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or any other indirect financial loss resulting from the operation or suspension of the acce365 platform

acce365's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude acce365's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

acce365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When a material change is made, acce365 will update the effective date shown on this page and will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. It is your responsibility to review these terms on a regular basis.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, your sole remedy is to close your account by contacting support at [email protected] and to cease using the acce365 platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of an amended version of these terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

Governing Terms and Contact

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. The English-language version is the authoritative version and shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any translation or summary of this document.
